OHCA Services for Dental Providers SoonerCare ( Oklahoma Medicaid ) pays for preventative, diagnostic and restorative services for eligible members under the age of 21. Some limited exams, limited x-rays and emergency extractions are covered for eligible recipients age 21 and over.

Adults have copays for most SoonerCare – covered services. Payment is due at the time of service. If you became a member using the online enrollment process, you have already chosen a medical home. If you applied by any other method you will need to choose a medical home.
Does SoonerCare pay for eye exams ? A. Vision services for adults are not covered except for the treatment of eye disease or eye injuries. For members under the age of 21 yearly exams and glasses are covered when provided by a contracted provider.
