The PPO network is one of the largest in California and in the nation. DeltaCare USA , our dental HMO plan, is one of the oldest and largest in California, offering cost-effective, comprehensive benefits through an established HMO network.
Treatment for pre-existing conditions, such as extracted teeth, is covered under the DeltaCare USA program. However, benefits are not provided for any dental treatment-in-progress started before joining the program (such as teeth prepared for crowns , root canals and impressions for dentures).
